Returns: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item will be inspected once returned to ensure the above conditions are met before issuing a credit note. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds. If you need to return an item, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit. The store credit can be used towards future purchases.

Care Instructions: Our bottles are designed with future generations in mind, so it is important to treat our bottles with kindness so they last just as long. To keep them looking their best, we recommend a little extra care during use. Encourage your little one to handle their bottle with care, so it stays just as beautiful as the day you got it! All parts of this bottle are dishwasher safe*, however, we strongly recommend hand washing the bottle body to ensure longevity of the print. We have packaged your bottles with an extra straw and a straw cleaner.

*There is a possibility of paint/design print fading or peeling off as a result of placing this in the dishwasher for cleaning, therefore we strongly recommend hand washing.

Yes, our bottles are designed to be leak proof when the lid is closed correctly. It's important to ensure that the lid is properly sealed to maintain its leak-proof feature. Even though our bottles are kid-friendly, they still need a little care to stay in great shape. We recommend encouraging your little ones to treat their bottles gently. If the bottle or lid is damaged in any way, it may affect the performance of the leak-proof seal. Regularly inspect the bottle and lid for any signs of damage to ensure optimal performance.

If your little one finds it difficult to draw water through the straw, ensure that the straw is fully engaged by opening the flip-top lid and pulling it up all the way till it can't go any further.
